All conference activities will take place at the Westin Indianapolis. Due to overwhelming popularity, the IPA room block at the Westin Indianapolis is sold out.

IPA has secured additional rooms at surrounding hotels and a small Tuesday-only allotment at the Westin. We are happy to match you to a room that best fits your needs, if you would like. Please complete this reservation form once for each desired room to book your stay now.

Prices listed in the reservation form are total for the length of stay, including tax. Please consult directly with your off-site hotel for their current parking rates.

Payment for your reservation will be due to IPA upon receipt of your confirmation email, which will arrive within five business days of submission. You will be required to provide your credit card upon hotel arrival for any incidental charges.

Should you need to cancel your stay, please do so no later than October 1st by contacting Sonya Baker-Hallett. Cancellation requests made after October 1st will not be guaranteed a refund.

Parking rates are subject to change. IPA is not responsible for price increases and encourages attendees to verify pricing and location options in advance.

Overnight guests may have parking billed to the reservation. Parking is subject to availability:

  • Daily On-Site Self Parking: $45 (no in-and-out privileges)
  • Daily Valet Parking: $60 (includes in-and-out privileges)
  • Oversized vehicles: $65
